I design and run workshops and training days for businesses and organisations to help them understand trauma and minimise its impact, support and safeguard employees working in high risk areas, and develop resilience levels, all of which are evidenced as improving organisational presenteeism and reputation, and helping businesses meet the legal requirements and government guidelines around staff protection and welfare.

Training and skills-based workshops include:

·      Adapting to organisational change

·      Stress awareness and resilience development

·      Understanding trauma and its potential impact

·      Recognising the signs of a traumatic reaction

·      Defusing training for managers following a traumatic incident

·      Signposting for further support

·      Safeguarding companies and individuals to ensure they uphold their duty of care
